Food Science

To finish the term off we are looking at the food we eat.  We have started off with some food science –  making some jelly and whipping some cream.  We learned lots of vocab, and invented some too.  After realising that jelly is described as semi-solid, we decided that whipped cream could be described as ‘softly solid’ as it was certainly not liquid anymore but compared to ice or jelly didn’t feel very solid.
