Kaimai School Carpet Audit for Ngā Iti Kahurangi Carpet Roll out for Teaching spaces

Kia Ora Kane, Next Stage of Ngā Iti Kahurangi – (Carpet Roll Out) Thank you for the response from our recent email regarding the existing carpet condition. The next stage is to visit site & inspect/test the existing carpet. On this visit we will confirm with the school which rooms(teaching spaces) are eligible to be recarpeted. Please find attached the meeting request for the proposed site visit on Thursday 06/03/2025 11.30am – 1pm We require each classroom to be empty (of Students/Teachers) for 20 minutes to allow us to test & measure that room before moving onto the next room. Hopefully, we can work together to empty each of the classrooms for 20 minutes without too much disruption to the students. On the site visit we will bring 4 x Carpet Tile colour choices for you to review & select. I have attached the Ministry Selected 4 x colour choices.
